Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Supporting classroom learning across a variety of subjects

* Working with students on a 1:1 and small group basis

* Assisting pupils who require additional academic or emotional support

* Encouraging positive behaviour and consistent classroom routines

* Helping prepare learning materials and resources

* Building positive relationships with students and staff

* Supporting safeguarding procedures and school policies
