Day-to-day of the role:
*Provide an end-to-end estate agency service from valuation to completion of sale.
*Build and maintain strong local relationships to enhance business generation.
*Market your personal brand effectively to raise brand awareness locally.
*Offer exceptional customer service that leads to customer satisfaction and referrals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to be the best estate agent in your area.
*Proven estate agency experience with a track record of successful sales.
*Excellent marketing and business generation skills.
*Strong communication and customer service skills.
*Ability to manage your own diary to meet the needs of your customers.
