Job Description:
Administration Officer

Leatherhead, Surrey

Monday -Friday - 40 hours per week (Flexible start and finish times)

Salary £27,000 - £30,000 (DOE)

Parking on site/Fully office based.
Duties:
*Administer all Penalty/Parking Charge Notices received day by post.
*Enter PCN information into Salesforce CRM. (This will transfer to an electronic upload)
*Liaise with Penalty Charge issuers directly to resolve issues.
*Provide administrative cover to the wider team.
*Generate Invoices, pack and post out.
*Answer and direct phone calls.
*Provide document support to the wider team.
*Prepare letters and packages ready for posting.
*Monitor levels of stationery and office supplies.
Skills & Knowledge
*Accurate data entry
*Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
*Excellent telephone manner.
*Able to work as part of a team
*Happy to work using your own initiative and a natural problem solver.
*High attention to detail.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office.
*Salesforce knowledge is an advantage
