Job Description:
Working Hours: Full time - 40 hours per week
Shifts: 8 hours per day, mix of early and late shifts, weekends inc.
Duration: Temporary, 6-month contract
Start Date: March 2026

What You’ll Do
*Handle customer enquiries across digital channels and occasionally by phone/in person
*Provide accurate information and great service
*Log interactions using internal systems
*Work collaboratively with the wider team
What You’ll Need
*Strong communication skills
*Confidence using IT systems
*A positive, customer-first attitude
*Customer service experience is a bonus
