Job Description:
We’re delighted to offer an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Lettings Manager to join a successful office in Chelmsford and play a key role within a highly successful lettings team.
This is a fantastic step for a Senior Lettings Negotiator ready for promotion, or an existing Lettings Manager who isn’t currently being recognised, supported, or rewarded to their full potential. You’ll deputise for the Lettings Manager when needed and provide day-to-day leadership and support to the wider team.
The role:
As Assistant Manager, you’ll take on a pivotal role within the branch, helping drive performance, supporting the team, ensuring standards remain high, and delivering outstanding service to clients. This position offers strong career development, excellent earning potential, and the chance to work within a forward-thinking, well-respected company.
As an Assistant Lettings Manager, you will be offered:

To be considered for the Assistant Lettings Manager role, you must have:
*Minimum 3 years’ consistent experience in Residential Lettings
*Strong communication skills with a positive, professional approach
*Confident IT user (MS Office proficiency essential)
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail
*Proactive attitude and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
*Natural ability to lead, motivate, and support a high-performing team
*Full UK driving licence (essential)
