Digital Marketing Manager

Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage the organisation’s website and other digital platforms to ensure optimal performance and user engagement.
*Oversee social media and email marketing strategies, ensuring content is engaging and effectively reaches target audiences.
*Lead organic and paid digital advertising initiatives with a data-first approach to maximise reach and impact.
*Develop and deliver multi-channel content that tells the compelling stories of the seriously ill children and families we support, inspiring audience support and engagement.
*Collaborate across departments to optimise digital platforms, processes, and integrations.
*Report to the Head of Engagement and work closely with the team to align digital strategies with overall organisational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
*Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
*Expertise in managing websites, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
*Proficient in data analysis and digital advertising strategies.
*Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of producing engaging content.
*Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
