We have an exceptional opportunity for a Full-time Sales Events Manager to join our growing client, bringing on new business, account management and networking events while championing our brand and delivering an outstanding level of service.
As the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, you will play a key role in helping individuals make informed decisions, offering expert guidance, and develop our brand through sales, networking, hospitality.
What You’ll Do
*New Business and Account Management
*Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including outcomes, VAT, conversion and networking.
*Attend events and exhibitions on site
*Deliver and exceed personal budget targets across all divisions.
*Maximise profit through strategic product mix, discount regulation, and collaboration with the Regional Operations Manager.
What We’re Looking For
*Proven sales or business development experience from a consultative sales background, with a track record of achieving KPIs.
*Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
*Strong communication, active listening, and customer-care experience.
*Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware.
*Computer literate with excellent organisational skills.
*Enjoy Sports and attending Events and Exhibitions
