Workplace Coordinator
Contract: Temporary Assignment
Sector: Corporate Facilities & Workplace Operations
A dynamic and fast-paced Corporate Facilities team is seeking a highly organised Workplace Coordinator to provide pivotal operational, administrative, and front-of-house support. This role directly supports two Operational Directors, ensuring seamless day-to-day workplace efficiency across the business.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone proactive, professional, and confident engaging with employees, visitors, suppliers, and senior stakeholders.


About the Role
The Workplace Coordinator will play a central role in maintaining high standards across workplace operations. You will support corporate services, coordinate daily activities, uphold compliance processes, and help deliver a safe, well-managed, and professional working environment.
Strong communication skills, discretion, and a business-focused approach are essential.


Key Responsibilities
*Coordinate meeting room bookings, office logistics, parking permits, and visitor management
*Conduct routine workplace checks, inspections, and meter readings with accurate, compliant record-keeping
*Maintain office supplies, workspace resources, and general workplace inventories
*Act as Fire Warden and support essential health & safety procedures
*Assist with the setup and breakdown of meetings, workshops, and corporate events
*Handle business queries, feedback, and follow-up actions with professionalism
*Liaise with contractors, service partners, and external suppliers
*Support office moves, workplace changes, and operational planning activities
*Provide high-quality administrative support to the two Operational Directors and wider Operations/Facilities team
*Provide front-of-house and reception support during lunch breaks, staff absences, and one full afternoon per week


About You
Essential
*Strong organisational and multitasking skills
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
*Confident communicator with strong interpersonal abilities
*Basic understanding of workplace safety or maintenance processes
*Team-focused with a proactive and adaptable approach
Desirable
*Experience in workplace coordination, office management, or facilities roles
*Familiarity with FM systems, corporate workplace tools, or property-related software
