Customer Service - Station Assistant
Location: Oxford Train Station
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
Dates: Sunday 1st February to Sunday 8th February
Shifts Available:
*Earlies: 6:30am - 14:45pm
*Lates: 14:30pm - 22.30pm
We are looking for reliable and flexible individuals to join our team for temporary cover during busy periods. Duties will include:
*Supporting customers with alternative travel arrangements
*Meeting and greeting our customers as they enter and leave our station
*Supporting customers needing assistance
*Ensuring the safety of the station environment
*Providing a friendly and personable service
Requirements:
*Have a professional, but fun approach to your work.
*Be passionate about providing amazing customer service.
*Love working as part of a team, but able to work independently too.
*Have first class interpersonal skills.
*Love the buzz of a busy environment, be able to keep your cool under pressure.
*Be safety conscious - able to spot and anticipate risk.
