Overview My client is a leading M&E HVAC company seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional service, we are looking for a mission-driven professional who is passionate about their craft and committed to making a difference. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of premises, including schools, pubs, and high-end residential properties, in the areas of Kent, Essex, and Hertfordshire.

Benefits *Competitive salary, dependent on experience, with a top-end of £55,000 per annum.
*Overtime opportunities paid at time and a half.
*Door-to-door travel, minus 30mins each way, 1 hour in total for travel time.

Day-to-Day *Travel to client sites (day-to-day travel minus 30 minutes each way).
*Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of commercial gas systems.
*Respond to call-outs as part of the rota (1 in 8 weeks).
*Work on a variety of premises, including schools, pubs, and high-end residential properties.
*Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities *Perform maintenance, servicing, and repair of commercial gas systems across a variety of premises.
*Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently to ensure minimal disruption to clients.
*Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
*Participate in a call-out rota (1 in 8 weeks) to provide emergency support when required.
*Maintain accurate records of work completed and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
*Travel to client sites within Kent, Essex, and Hertfordshire adhering to company travel policies.
Qualifications *Valid commercial gas tickets (essential).
*5-10+ years of experience in the HVAC or commercial gas industry.
*Proven track record of reliability and loyalty, with a preference for candidates who demonstrate long-term commitment to previous employers.
*Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
*Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
*Full UK driving license.
