Residential Conveyancer
Our Vision
We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing law firm. The firm has a strong, loyal client base and a team of specialist fee earners acting for a wide range of private and commercial clients.

The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload and work closely with colleagues across the firm. You will be trusted to handle matters autonomously while maintaining a high standard of client care.
Key Responsibilities
Managing residential conveyancing transactions including:
*Sales and purchases
*New build transactions
*Remortgages
*Registered and unregistered properties
*Help to Buy and Shared Ownership matters
*Leasehold transactions and lease extensions
*Transfers of equity
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
*Working collaboratively with the Private Client department
*Maintaining accurate and compliant case files
*Ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met
The Candidate
*1–3+ years’ PQE in Residential Conveyancing
*Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property law
*Experience acting for individual clients on a broad range of matters
*Able to work independently on complex legal cases
*Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented
*Professional, friendly, and approachable manner
*Ambitious with a desire to progress within the firm
*Enthusiastic about networking and business development
*Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships
Key Skills & Experience
*Conveyancing Law Expertise – In-depth knowledge of residential property transactions
*Case Management – Ability to manage a full caseload independently
*Communication Skills – Clear and effective communication with clients and third parties
*Attention to Detail – High level of accuracy in legal documentation
*Client-Focused Approach – Delivering excellent service and managing expectations
*Problem-Solving Skills – Resolving title issues, delays, and complex matters
*Organisational Skills – Strong time management and prioritisation
*IT Proficiency – Experience using LEAP and other legal case management systems
Working Hours & Benefits
*Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm
*Hybrid working available
