Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in a range of mainstream primary schools across Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the classroom while gaining valuable experience in education.
The Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils’ learning and development. Your responsibilities may include:
* Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups

* Assisting with classroom activities and lesson delivery

* Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

* Supporting children with varying abilities, including those with SEND

* Assisting with behaviour management and pastoral care

We’re looking for someone who: * Has experience working with children (school-based experience desirable)

* Is patient, proactive, and passionate about supporting young learners

* Has strong communication and teamwork skills

* Holds (or is willing to apply for) an enhanced DBS check

* Can provide references covering the last two years
