Company Secretarial Paralegal

We’re working with a growing, regional law firm looking to add a Company Secretarial Paralegal to its Corporate & Commercial team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and wants to play a key role in supporting corporate transactions and governance work.

You’ll join a collaborative, ambitious team where your contribution genuinely makes a difference. The role offers a mix of standalone company secretarial work and transactional support, with plenty of exposure to interesting and varied matters.

The Role?
*Managing company secretarial correspondence and client communications
*Conducting company searches and completion checks
*Maintaining statutory registers and Companies House filings
*Assisting with incorporations and ongoing compliance
*Drafting board minutes and company secretarial documentation
*Preparing and organising due diligence materials and data rooms
*Supporting transactions, including e-signatures and completion packs
*Assisting with property-related company secretarial matters
*Maintaining well-organised filing systems
*Liaising directly with clients to gather information and provide updates
*Supporting fee-earners throughout corporate and governance matters
About you?
*Previous experience in UK company secretarial work
*Strong knowledge of Companies House and statutory compliance
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Confident communicator who can build strong client relationships
*Commercially aware and able to manage multiple priorities
