Enterprise Social Media & Content Management Project Manager / ECM Delivey Manager / CMS / ECM Product Manager / CMS Delivery Manager / CMS Product manager
Location: London - Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)
Contract: 6 months
Rate: Up to £600-£650/day (Umbrella)
Role Summary
*Enterprise Content Management (ECM): Implement group-wide content systems, governance, workflows, approvals and AI-enabled processes across digital platforms (e.g. intranet, website).
*Enterprise Social Media: Design and implement processes and tooling to govern and approve partnership social media activity across Head Office and partner businesses.
Key Responsibilities
*Plan and deliver enterprise digital initiatives across content and social media.
*Define scope, roadmap, governance and delivery milestones.
*Manage stakeholders across Digital, IT, Marketing, Compliance and Risk.
*Coordinate vendors and technology partners.
*Drive adoption, change management and reporting.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
*5+ years’ experience in digital, technology or martech project management.
*Strong background in digital platforms, CMS, content governance or martech.
*Experience delivering enterprise-scale initiatives in complex organisations.
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Desirable
*Experience in regulated industries (e.g. financial services).
*Knowledge of social media governance and enterprise tooling.
