Job Description:
Hiring- Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: London (Hybrid: 3 days in office)
Salary: £40k - £50k base + OTE
Why this isn’t your typical SDR "Grind" Most SDR roles are about hitting 100+ dials a day. We do things differently. We are a global leader in managed IT services.
We are looking for a mature, consultative "Hunter" to join our new internal sales engine. You’ll be mapping out enterprise accounts ($1B+ turnover) and nurturing high-value relationships over a 24 month sales cycle.
What you’ll be doing: * Strategic Research: Mapping personas and identifying pain points within massive enterprise businesses.

* Quality Outreach: Conducting ~20 high-quality, research-led touchpoints per day via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

* Relationship Building: Speaking confidently to high-level stakeholders and navigating complex IT objections.

* Networking: Attending industry events like the Gartner summits to build your market presence.
