Our client, a well-respected independent Estate Agency, are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their close-knit team in the Dereham area.

As a Property Manager, you will be offered:

Key Requirements for the Senior Property Manager Role:
*At least 12 months of previous experience in property management
*ARLA qualified ideally however not essential
*A strong desire for continuous learning and professional development
*Exceptional organisational skills
*Ability to work quickly and accurately
*Comfortable working under pressure
*Positive, proactive attitude
*A true team player who is driven and self-motivated
*Full UK driver’s license and access to your own vehicle
Your responsibilities as a Property Manager:
*Overseeing a portfolio of residential properties
*Providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants
*Managing and resolving maintenance issues promptly, keeping clients informed
*Conducting property inspections and ensuring compliance with regulations
*Keeping property systems up to date
*Assisting with landlord payments and accounts
