Job Description:
Job Title: Assembly Operative
Contract Type: Temporary, with potential to be offered a permanent contract if you get on well.
Working hours: Monday & Tuesday, 6am-3:45pm, Wednesday & Thursday, 6am-4pm.
Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk

Key Responsibilities * Perform mechanical assembly of products according to blueprints, diagrams, or work instructions
* Use a variety of hand tools safely and effectively
* Follow written and verbal instructions with precision
* Inspect finished products for quality, identifying and reporting any defects
* Work collaboratively with the production team to meet targets
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workstation
What We’re Looking For * Previous experience in product assembly or a similar role
* Good manual dexterity and physical fitness
* Strong attention to detail and quality control
* Excellent communication skills
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
