An organisation is seeking a Senior Functional Partner – Performance & Talent to take ownership of Workday Performance & Talent functionality and drive continuous improvement. This role will suit someone who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships and enhancing the Talent and Performance lifecycle through technology.
What you’ll be doing?
- Serve as SME for Workday Performance and Talent, owning configuration, enhancements and upgrades.
- Develop the roadmap for Performance & Talent processes and related future enhancements.
- Partner with HR teams to streamline Talent, Performance and People processes.
- Facilitate workshops, demonstrations and user sessions for stakeholders.
- Lead testing, release management and governance activities for the Performance & Talent areas.
- Produce and maintain reporting, documentation and training content.
- Identify opportunities for simplification, automation and process optimisation.
What you need
- Strong configuration experience within Workday Performance & Talent.
- Exposure to multi-business or multi-country environments.
- Experience acting as a business partner with an improvement-focused approach.
- Ability to confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Workday Pro (or working toward it) in Performance & Talent is desirable.
