Full-Time Teaching Assistant - Behaviour Support

Aspire People are currently recruiting a Full-Time Teaching Assistant to support behaviour within a school located in Druids Heath, Birmingham.

This is a rewarding role for an experienced TA who is confident working with pupils who require additional behavioural support and can build strong, positive relationships within the school setting.

The role:
* Provide 1:1 and small-group behaviour support
* Support pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs
* Implement behaviour strategies in line with school policies
* Work closely with teachers and SEN staff
* Help create a calm, safe and positive learning environment
* Full-time, Monday to Friday

Requirements:
* Previous experience supporting behaviour in a school setting is essential
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Calm, patient and resilient approach
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils
* Experience working with SEMH, challenging behaviour or additional needs (desirable)
