Altrincham

We’re on the lookout for a Compliance Assistant to join a friendly Altrincham-based team. If you’ve got an eye for detail, a knack for explaining complex topics simply, and a passion for helping people navigate personal tax, this role could be your perfect fit.
What you’ll do:
*To support the Compliance Department with administrative duties taking responsibility for all contracts processing and emails received, including updating / logging data on our system
*Handle queries with clarity, care, and professionalism.
*Communicate effectively through the mediums of email and telephone with customers.
*Work closely with internal teams to gather accurate info and ensure smooth processes.
*Keep shared inboxes tidy and responses prompt.
What you’ll bring:
*A background within administration or compliance
*Immediately available
*Excellent communication and client-care skills.
*Organised, detail-oriented, and confident with digital tools.
*Previous experience in telephone based customer service
