Position: Warehouse Pick & Pack Operative
Location: Andover
Type: Full-time
Hours: Monday - Friday (08:30 - 17:00)
Payrate: £12.21 ph (weekly pay)
Role Overview
We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented warehouse operative to join our production and fulfilment team. This role involves preparing, packing, and finishing products to client specifications ready fro dispatch. The successful candidate will be proactive, quality-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
General Duties
*Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
*Follow company procedures for health & safety, hygiene, and quality assurance.
*Support colleagues across different tasks when required to meet deadlines.
Skills & Requirements
*Previous experience in packing, fulfilment, or a production/warehouse role desirable (training provided).
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and standing for long periods.
*Basic computer literacy to use order fulfilment and courier systems.
*Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing priorities.
