Pay Rate:£90.00 - £95.00 per day (Negotiable based on experience).
Duties:
*Supervise students while they complete pre-set work from their regular teacher.
*Encourage a positive learning atmosphere by managing classroom behaviour effectively.
*Assist pupils with their tasks and answer general questions about the work.
*Collect all student work and resources at the end of each period.
*Ensure the classroom is left tidy and report back on student progress.
Skills Needed:
*Strong communication skills and a confident presence when speaking to groups.
*Ability to remain calm and professional while managing a classroom.
*High level of organisation and the ability to follow lesson plans accurately.
*A positive, patient approach when working with young people from various backgrounds.
*Must hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS certificate.
