Job Description:
SEN Teacher - Redbridge £200-£250 per day
We are working closely with a supportive, well-established SEN school in Redbridge who are looking to appoint a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join their team.
This role is ideal for a teacher who is confident supporting pupils with a range of additional needs and is passionate about creating a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
The role * Plan and deliver adapted, engaging lessons to meet individual learning needs
* Support pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
* Work closely with teaching assistants and SEN support staff to provide consistent support
* Track pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies where needed
* Create a safe, positive, and well-managed classroom environment
The ideal candidate * Holds QTS (or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
* Has experience teaching pupils with SEN in a UK school setting
* Demonstrates strong behaviour management, differentiation, and adaptability
* Is patient, resilient, and genuinely committed to pupil development and wellbeing
What’s on offer * Competitive daily rate of £200-£250 (depending on experience)
