An OFSTED-rated ’Good’ 3-form entry primary school in Newham, East London is seeking a passionate and reliable HLTA / Cover Supervisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2025.
?? Role Details: * Position: HLTA / Cover Supervisor

* Location: Newham, London

* Start Date: September 2025

* Contract: Full-time, permanent

* Pay: £120 - £160 per day (depending on experience)

* School: 3-form entry | OFSTED ’Good’ | Great transport links & staff car park

�? What You’ll Be Doing: * Covering classes across EYFS to KS2 with pre-planned lessons

* Leading interventions and booster groups to raise attainment

* Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and pupil progress

* Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
