We’re supportinga friendly and inclusive primary school in Winterbourne, Bristol, to recruit acompassionate SEN Teaching Assistant.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about helping individuallearners to thrive in a nurturing, child-centred environment.
�? What You’ll Be Doing
*Providing personalised 1:1 support for a pupil with additional learning needs
*Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored learning plans
*Building a supportive, encouraging relationship to promote engagement and progress
*Supporting emotional regulation and social development
*Assisting with classroom routines, group activities, and smooth transitions
?? What We’re Looking For
*A caring, patient and empathetic approach
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Experience supporting children with SEND or additional needs (highly desirable)
*Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (advantageous but not essential
