An experienced Residential Property Manager required on a maternity cover basis to manage a residential lettings portfolio, ensuring compliance, effective problem resolution, and high standards of service for landlords and tenants.
A respected independent estate agency is seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to cover maternity leave within their Henley office.
The role involves managing a substantial residential portfolio and may lead to a permanent position.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
*Managing a residential lettings portfolio during maternity cover
*Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
*Ensuring properties are managed in line with current lettings legislation
*Coordinating maintenance issues and resolving problems efficiently
*Organising and prioritising a busy workload
*Maintaining accurate property and compliance records
*Delivering a consistently high level of customer service
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience in Residential Property Management
*Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and procedures
*Understanding of Section 8 notices
*Proven customer service skills
*Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
*Professional and confident telephone manner
*Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
*Local area knowledge
*Willingness to work towards a professional qualification
*Full UK driving licence
