We are currently recruiting for our prestigious commercial client, based in the Hampshire area, for a HEAD OF EVENTS & CLIENT SERVICES PROJECTS, which is an exciting opportunity for a candidate to combine their Events Project Management skills with strong leadership acumen, to build a high performing successful department.
It is desirable that you have a high level of senior Project Management experience, ideally with a relevant qualification such as PRINCE2.
Due to the location of their offices, a full driving licence and car/motorbike is essential.

About you
You’ll come from a live events or experiential agency background, with proven experience delivering complex brand activations, large-scale conferences, exhibitions or multi-event programmes. You will be a confident leader, experienced in managing and developing a team of Project Managers and Co-ordinators to deliver events on time, on budget and to the highest standards.
About the role
As Head of Client Projects, you’ll lead our Client Services team, ensuring seamless delivery of a busy events programme, while also retaining hands-on responsibility for key client projects.
Reporting directly to the Client Services Director and working closely with the Head of Operations & Logistics, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our internal teams collaborate effectively to deliver the exceptional events the company is known for.
Key experience:
*Senior-level project management experience within an agency, events or client services environment
*Strong people leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
*Strong commercial awareness, including budget management and forecasting
*Robust project management, organisation and prioritisation skills
*Confidence using project management tools and Microsoft Office
Desirable:
*Experience in experiential marketing, live events, exhibitions or large-scale conferences
*Experience working closely with operations, logistics or production teams
*Project management qualifications (PRINCE2, APM or similar)
*Exposure to automotive or complex, multi-market client programmes
