Salary: up to 30k
Full-time | Monday - Friday | 9am - 5pm

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telephone Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join their growing team.
Based at their busy Wimbledon office, you’ll play a key part in supporting their customers, handling enquiries, processing orders, and building strong, long-lasting relationships.
This is an inbound customer service and sales role with no cold calling.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
*Processing customer orders and providing excellent after-sales support
*Offering product advice and solutions tailored to customer needs (with support from our in-house experts)
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

Experience and Qualification
*Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telesales is highly desirable
*A proven track record in sales would be an advantage
*A willingness to learn and develop strong product knowledge
