An established South London consultancy is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead high-profile regeneration and commercial projects across the capital. The Senior Project Manager will take full ownership of complex schemes, working with major investor clients.
This is ideal for a Senior Project Manager ready to step into a client leadership role while mentoring junior team members in a supportive and professional environment. To be successful in this role, the Senior Project Manager must have prior consultancy experience.
The Senior Project Manager’s role Managing developments between £30m-£100m, the Senior Project Manager will:
* Lead project delivery from feasibility to completion

* Manage consultant and contractor performance

* Oversee contract administration and change control

* Ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and quality standards

* Prepare client reports and lead presentations

* Support bid preparation and business development

The Senior Project Manager * 6+ years in a consultancy or client-side project management role

* MRICS, MAPM or similar chartership

* Experience leading office, residential or regeneration schemes

* Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and complex teams

* Skilled in JCT/D&B contract administration

* Excellent leadership and commercial acumen
