Service Manager (DV Cleared) (Intelligence / UKIC)
Cheltenham (primary)
£550–£650/day | Initial 6-month contract | Outside IR35 or Permanent salary
The Role We are looking for a DV-cleared Service Manager to oversee the delivery of a Cross Domain Service for a UK Government client. Acting as the main on-site point of contact, you will lead a medium-sized engineering team while ensuring high service standards and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities * Day-to-day leadership of a managed service and engineering team
* Ownership of incident, problem, and escalation management
* Engagement with key customer stakeholders and third-party suppliers
* Management of SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction reporting
* Coordination and oversight of releases across test, reference, and production environments
* Driving service improvement, configuration management, and asset management
* Supporting commercial activities and identifying opportunities for service growth
Essential Skills & Experience * Demonstrable experience delivering managed services within the public sector
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
* Solid understanding of ITSM frameworks (ITIL / ISO 20000)
* Experience working within a SIAM environment
* Active DV Clearance (essential)
