Job Description:
Our well-established client law firm is currently looking for an experienced Practice Manager to support the Partners in the day-to-day running of their firm across their Potters Bar, Hertford and North Finchley offices.
This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in all aspects of legal practice operations.
Essential Knowledge and Experience:
**Compliance management (from a legal background is essential to the role)
*Oversight of conveyancing portals
*HR administration and recruitment processes
*Facilities management across multiple office locations
Preferred (but not essential):
*Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook
*Experience updating or maintaining website content
Essential Skills:
*Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a diverse workload
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Confident in collating, interpreting and presenting data
*Proficient in Excel
*Full clean driving licence
