Job Description:
A conscientious individual is sought to assist in a busy Compliance department of a prestigious international Bank.
Your duties will include:
*Maintaining internal compliance records and regulatory compliance documents
*Advising regulatory updates to Head Office
*Providing administrative support on contracts and KYC
*Processing invoice payments
*Arranging training sessions and maintaining training records
*Arranging meetings and managing departmental diary
Your experience must include:
*3-5 years proven relevant administration experience gained within banking/investment management
*Strong IT skills – Excel, PowerPoint
*Excellent communication skills both written and oral
*Ability to multitask
This role will initially be working 5 days a week in the London office and will then transition to hybrid – working 3 days a week in the office and 2 days remotely.
