Job Description:
Showroom Coordinator | Premium Interior Design Brand | London
The Client
Our client is a well-established, design-driven business operating within the premium interiors sector. Renowned for their considered approach to design, quality-led ethos, and attention to detail, they have built a strong reputation among architects, interior designers, specifiers and private clients alike. Their work spans residential and commercial projects, with a clear focus on craftsmanship, material integrity, and timeless design.
The London showroom is a key touchpoint for the brand and functions as more than a retail space, it is a curated environment where ideas are shared, relationships are built, and the brand’s identity is experienced first-hand. The showroom regularly welcomes industry professionals, collaborators, and discerning clients, making it a central part of the company’s creative and commercial presence.
The Role
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a polished and proactive Showroom Coordinator to play a pivotal role within the London showroom team. The role combines front-of-house responsibility, customer experience, showroom operations, and administrative support, making it ideal for someone looking to build a career within interiors, luxury retail, or design-led businesses.
You will be a key point of contact within the showroom, ensuring that every visitor receives a polished, professional, and engaging experience. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the space, contribute to events and activations, and help uphold the brand’s service standards, visual identity, and commercial objectives.
Responsibilities
*Deliver a welcoming and informed showroom experience, tailoring interactions to both professional and private clients.
*Build strong product knowledge to confidently discuss specifications, finishes, applications, and availability.
*Maintain exceptional showroom standards, ensuring the space remains visually aligned with the brand at all times.
*Coordinate showroom resources, including samples, literature, and client-facing materials.
*Support the execution of events, launches, and presentations, assisting with planning, setup, and guest experience.
*Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure consistency and efficiency.
*Follow up with clients and contacts after visits to support relationship-building and ongoing engagement.
*Represent the brand professionally, acting as an ambassador across all client and industry interactions.
*Identify opportunities to enhance processes and client experience, contributing ideas and improvements where appropriate.
What the client would like to see (essential)
*Previous experience in a customer-facing role within a design-led, lifestyle, furniture, interiors or premium brand environment (ideally B2B).
*A strong interest in interiors, design, or the creative industries, with an appreciation for quality, aesthetics, and brand storytelling.
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of clients and stakeholders.
*A professional, polished, and service-oriented approach, with a clear focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced showroom or studio setting.
*High levels of attention to detail and a proactive mindset when it comes to presentation, processes, and follow-through.
*Comfortable using day-to-day business systems, including Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools.
What we would like to see (bonus)
*Experience working with high-end brands, luxury retail, studios, galleries, or design-focused businesses.
*Exposure to trade-facing environments, including working with designers, specifiers, or professional clients.
*A naturally personable and commercially aware individual who enjoys relationship management, networking, and brand representation.
*Familiarity with CRM systems, client follow-up processes, or showroom operations.
