Lead Data Analyst
Permanent - £65k - London - Hybrid Working
The Role
As Lead Data Analyst, you’ll own the analytical strategy and delivery for a set of strategic client accounts. Acting as a senior data and technology partner, you’ll define client roadmaps, build robust analytical infrastructure, and translate complex data into clear, commercially focused insights for senior stakeholders.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role sitting at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and business strategy.
What You’ll Do
*Own end-to-end delivery of client data projects
*Design and maintain production-grade data models using SQL and dbt
*Lead analytical strategy, measurement, and attribution discussions
*Build compelling dashboards and data stories for senior audiences
*Manage multiple workstreams and client roadmaps
*Mentor junior analysts and set high analytical standards
About You
*Expert-level SQL and strong dbt experience
*Proven client or stakeholder management experience (consulting/agency a plus)
*Advanced data visualisation skills (e.g. Tableau, Looker)
*Strong understanding of digital marketing data (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, attribution)
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor and team leader
*Experience or interest in Python / data modelling is a bonus
