Salary: £43,000-£44,700
Contract: Fixed term until end of August
Start: March

We are recruiting experienced HR Advisors to support a major organisational change programme across multiple schools. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone confident managing complex change activity from consultation through to implementation.

Key Responsibilities
*Support a wide range of change and transformation projects.
*Participate in interviews, consultations, and provide HR guidance to senior leaders.
*Work closely with internal stakeholders, including School Leads, to deliver consistent HR support.
*Advise on employment law, including restructures, redundancies and consultation processes.
*Contribute to OD activity, from planning through to delivery, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
*Liaise with trade unions where required.
What We’re Looking For
*Strong experience in HR change, transformation, and employee relations.
*Confident working in a fast-moving environment with multiple ongoing projects.
*Excellent understanding of UK employment law and best practice.
*Skilled communicator, able to support managers sensitively through change.
*Experience working with trade unions is beneficial.
