The client is an investment manager with a strong focus on consistent, stable returns, working in partnership with financial advisers, wealth managers, family offices, retail investors, nominees, banks, and high-net-worth individuals.
Key responsibilities
*Entering and maintaining accurate data across systems.
*Generating and distributing client reports.
*Supporting onboarding and processing trades.
*Assisting with dealing points, settlements, and cash management.
*Managing email and phone enquiries to high service standards.
*Supporting ad-hoc projects and operational improvements.
