Interim Employee Experience Lead - Tech transformation, culture and engagement

As Interim Employee Experience Lead, you will support a technology transformation ensuring culture and engagement remain high during the program. You will design and deliver the employee experience strategy supporting HR with defining new ways of working and managing change.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have proven experience managing or contributing to large-scale HR or ERP transformation programmes along with a strong background in change management,employee engagement, or employee experience design within complex organisations. You will be able to demonstrate ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups and influence senior leaders and have a strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and organisational readiness activities. Experience in post-merger integration environments and a background in employee communications, culture, or organisational development would be highly advantageous. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to working in a hybrid manner from the London office.
