Description
*Assist with maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
*Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently.
*Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
*Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
*Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
*Collaborate with colleagues to improve financial processes.
*Respond to financial queries from internal and external stakeholders.
Profile
*Previous experience working within AP/AR, strong understanding of the GL.
*Property experience is highly desirable.
*Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office.
*Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets.
*A keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
*The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
*Excellent organisational and time management skills.
