Teach First Trained ECT’s Required
Are you a Teach First trained Early Career Teacher (ECT) who has recently completed, or is due to complete, your training? Are you looking for an "Outstanding" Secondary School with a strong, structured ECT programme and bespoke mentorship to fully support you through your ECT years? EdEx are working with multiple ’Outstanding’ Secondary Schools across East London, each with a track record of strong Progress 8 outcomes and an ambitious approach to raising standards across the school and borough.
