Health and Care Service Manager – Hampshire & Surrey
We are recruiting an experienced and motivated Health and Care Service Manager to lead and develop health and care services across Hampshire and Surrey on behalf of a long-established, nationally recognised humanitarian organisation. This organisation works closely with health and social care partners to support vulnerable people and communities during times of need.

Skills
*Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, support, and develop teams
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
*Confident communicator able to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
*Sound IT skills, including Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, and presentations)
*Ability to lead services in line with national standards while adapting to local needs
Experience
*Proven experience in a management or service management role
*Experience working within health, social care, or the voluntary sector
*Track record of delivering high-quality services to vulnerable people
*Experience in staff line management, quality assurance, and performance management
*Experience preparing, managing, and monitoring service budgets

*Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract (with possibility of extension)
*Salary: £28,507 – £29,582 per annum
