An established specialist school in the Reading area is seeking dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistants to join their team, supporting primary-aged pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, trauma-related behaviours, and associated challenges.
This specialist provision offers a highly structured and nurturing environment, with small class sizes averaging just six pupils and a strong 1:3 staff-to-student ratio. The team works collaboratively to support children who require consistency, emotional regulation strategies, and tailored interventions to help them engage positively in their learning.
