Job Description:
Package: £26,000 - £28,000 basic + uncapped commission (Year 1 earnings: £40,000)
Our client is a boutique market-leading recruitment agency with a focus on lucrative high growth industries. They have specialist teams within the life sciences, quantum, energy and cleantech industries across the UK and US.
Founded by the Managing Director of a world-renowned recruitment agency, you would be joining an ambitious start-up team with a wealth of industry experience. They will provide you will the training, support and platform to progress your career and be in control of your own earnings.

*Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
*Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
*Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
*Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
*Managing your candidate database.
*Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
The Requirements:
*Degree educated
*Ambition and drive
*Time management, efficiency and exceptional work ethic
*Strong communication skills
