The Role:
*Assembling, disassembling and repairing various types of gearboxes
*Inspecting gear components, diagnosing faults and assembling parts
*Work alongside CNC machinists, gear cutters and design engineers
*Reassemble gearboxes to tight tolerances
*Clean, inspect and measure gears, shafts and bearings
The Person:
*Experience working on heavy mechanical equipment
*Mechanical Engineering qualification
