Maintenance Manager
Derbyshire
Salary circa upto £62,000 plus benefits
Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting a Maintenance Manager for a heavy engineering manufacturing site in Derbyshire.

The role
As Maintenance Manager, you will take responsibility for all site maintenance activity, leading a skilled engineering team and reducing downtime.
Key responsibilities include:
*Planning and overseeing maintenance to maximise equipment uptime
*Leading and developing electrical and mechanical engineers
*Managing maintenance schedules, records and spare parts
*Delivering engineering projects on time and within budget
*Working closely with SHE teams to promote safe working
*Setting priorities and monitoring work quality
The person
To be successful as Maintenance Manager, you will need:
*A recognised electrical or mechanical qualification at Level 3
*Strong electrical and mechanical experience in a manufacturing or heavy industry environment
*Previous experience leading maintenance engineers
*Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings
*A full driving licence
