The Company
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an FP&A Analyst to join the EMEA finance team of a global consumer business experiencing strong growth and ongoing transformation across its markets. The company is strengthening its data-driven decision-making culture and investing heavily in improving financial insight across the organisation.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with large data sets, partnering closely with stakeholders, and contributing directly to key commercial decisions. You’ll work alongside a highly supportive Senior FP&A Manager and collaborate across multiple regional functions including Sales, Marketing, Product, HR, and Operations.

The Role
As a key member of the FP&A team, you will:*Build and enhance reporting dashboards, management information packs, and analytical tools used across the business.
*Deliver meaningful analysis on profitability, trading performance, and regional P&Ls.
*Create and refine financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and commercial evaluations.
*Support sales teams with insight, trend analysis, and channel performance reporting.
*Help shape budgets and forecasts, including reviewing variances and key financial drivers.
*Contribute to month-end activities and provide commentary on financial performance.
*Review inventory positions and provide analysis on excess and obsolete inventory where required.

This is a hands-on analytical role offering exposure across the full breadth of commercial finance.
The Person
*A degree in Finance, Business, or studying towards ACCA/CIMA qualification
*Solid analytical experience, with a background in finance, FP&A, reporting, or commercial analysis.
*Strong Excel capability and comfort with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI or Qlik.
*Ability to interpret data and explain insights clearly to non-finance colleagues.
*Experience within consumer goods, ecommerce, B2B, or D2C environments is a bonus but not essential.
*A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge, question, and offer new ideas.
*Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across multiple countries.
