Job Description:
Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer Location: Lincolnshire (NG34 area)
Shift Pattern: Continental (2 Days / 2 Nights / 4 Off)
Salary: £51,500 per annum
We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer to join a large, well-established manufacturing site in the area.
This is a key role within the engineering team, supporting production through proactive and reactive maintenance on a range of automated and semi-automated equipment.
The Role: * Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems

* Fault find on PLC-controlled machinery and production equipment

* Support continuous improvement and reliability projects

* Work closely with production to minimise downtime

* Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site standards

About You: * Strong electrical background (electrical bias essential)

* Recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 / Apprenticeship or equivalent)

* Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environment preferred

* Confident fault-finding skills on electrical systems, motors, sensors, drives, etc.

* Comfortable working a continental shift pattern
