VisionFR is working with a creative consultancy to find a qualified/nearly qualified accountant to join the client services team as a Financial Compliance Manager. This is a great opportunity to join an international growing team and would suit an ambitious accountant from practice.


The Role of the Financial Compliance Manager:


*Contribute to multi-disciplinary project teams delivering independent reviews of financial and contractual compliance across external service providers.
*Evaluate financial, commercial and operational information to highlight potential risks, identify control weaknesses and flag areas where agreed standards may not be met.
*Prepare concise, structured documentation and reports, translating technical findings into clear, accessible insights for a range of stakeholders.
*Act as a key day-to-day contact for delivery partners, helping to define project parameters, establish working practices, and agree timelines and deliverables.
*Oversee project scheduling and coordination, ensuring deadlines are achieved and responsibilities are clearly managed across all parties involved.
*Support, coach and develop junior team members, promoting high standards of analysis and consistency across project outputs.
*Quality review team deliverables, offering guidance and developmental feedback where required.
*Liaise directly with stakeholders to present outcomes, insights and practical recommendations in a confident and engaging manner.
*Foster collaborative, professional relationships with both internal and external contacts, maintaining a strong and credible presence throughout project engagements.
*Provide support on international assignments where projects involve overseas stakeholders or operations.


Skills and Experience of theFinancial Compliance Manager:
*ACA/ACCA qualified or nearly qualified
*Demonstrable experience within audit, assurance, risk or compliance-focused roles, gained within a professional services or commercial environment.
*Solid grounding in audit methodologies, with exposure to internal, external or operational review assignments.
*Professionally qualified in accountancy or working towards completion of a recognised qualification (preferred).
*Experience evaluating and documenting business processes, controls and governance frameworks.
*Strong analytical capability, with confidence interpreting financial information and identifying potential risks or opportunities for improvement.
*Highly effective communicator, able to engage with a broad range of stakeholders and explain complex or technical matters in a clear, practical way.
*Well organised with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
*Experience working across diverse industries and organisational structures, including complex or multi-entity environments.
*Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working independently while also contributing positively within collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams.
*Strong planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines across multiple workstreams.
*An interest in commercially driven, project-based environments (creative industries)
