The role of the Estimator - Glazing will involve:
*The Estimator will be working on a range of internal fit out projects estimating a range of glazing screening partitions.
*Liaising with main contractors on a range of commercial projects across the office sector
*Prepare accurate cost estimates and tenders for interior office glazing and partition systems
*Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
*Produce detailed material take-offs and pricing schedules
*Liaise with main contractors on enquiries, clarifications, and value engineering
*Source and assess supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing
*Identify risks, exclusions, and assumptions within tenders
*Support project handover to delivery and commercial teams Typical project values ranging from £10k to £1m
*Majority of your time will be spent in the central London office
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Glazing experience with:
*Must have 2+ years’ experience as an estimator within Commercial glazing, curtain walling, interior partitions, drywall etc
*Ideally experience working with tier 1 contractors
*Must have a good understanding of technical drawings
*Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
*Driven, hungry, ambitious and enthusiastic
