Job Description:
Coordinator
*Location: Remote
*Job Type: Permanent
*Working Hours: Monday – Friday
Join a leading organisation at a crucial stage of growth as a Coordinator. This role is essential in supporting the team’s efforts to secure funding for clients. You will be part of a fast-paced environment, reporting to the Coordination Team Manager, and playing a vital role in supporting investigations by ensuring the timely and accurate retrieval of records from external providers.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Proactively contact clients to request and follow up on required records.
*Maintain accurate logs of contact attempts, responses, and outcomes.
*Escalate delays or refusals to the appropriate internal teams.
*Liaise with internal stakeholders to clarify record requirements and priorities.
*Meet daily and weekly targets for volume and turnaround time.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
*Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
*High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
*Effective time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
*Resilience and persistence in following up with external contacts.
*Team collaboration and willingness to support colleagues as needed.
Preferred Skills:
*Previous experience in a records, administration, or customer service role.
*Familiarity with healthcare settings or terminology.
*Experience using CRM or case management systems (Desireable)
*Understanding of data protection and confidentiality principles.
*Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
