Job Description:
We are working with a top-tier law firm, who are seeking a Patent Paralegal to join their team in Munich on a full-time, permanent basis.
The ideal candidate for this role will be based in Munich and have a least one year’s experience working as an IP Paralegal. A Patent Paralegal qualification may be looked upon favourably and it is essential that you are fluent in German and English. Additionally, you should be a good team player with the ability to work well under pressure.
Please see below some duties included:
*Acknowledging and generating appropriate correspondence.
*Preparing and filing DE, PCT, EP, EP-PCT and foreign patent and design applications.
*Acknowledging client instructions.
*Managing client portfolios.
*Keeping a close eye on deadlines.
*Raising invoices.
